This self catering apartment for two is a ten minute walk from the main line station of Totnes. Once here you can leave your luggage and do all the walking you want. Bring your bike on the train and then go everywhere by bike. Or canoe! We are situated at the bottom of the drive on the Dartington Hall estate. Perfect for wild swimming everyday!
Little Riverside has been decorated with non-toxic paints throughout, the wooden flooring is sourced from sustainable forests and the hot water is solar heated.
Please note that Little Riverside is non-smoking. I’m sorry we also don’t accept pets.
PARKING: If you are arriving by car you can park right outside the door, unload and you may not get in it again until you’re ready to depart!

Little Riverside has a double bedroom with continental size double bed, comfortable mattress and space for hanging and storing your clothes.
There is a full lenth mirror and a shelf with a hair dryer and another mirror.
Cotton sheets and towels are provided.

There is a expandable dining table with two comfortable 60’s style seats.
In the living area there is a sofa bed. Which makes Little Riverside more flexible for couples or two single guests.

The kitchen is L shaped and fully equipped with the normal cooking requirement and lots of cuborad space. There is a two-ring electric hob, fridge-freezer, combination microwave/cooker and pressure cooker and ample workspace.See More
If Wild Swimming is your thing Little Riverside is in a perfect location.
The magnificent river Dart is literally on your doorstep. You can swim upstream to the Dartington Estate, then jog back or jog up and swim back! When you get back you can pop in for your warm shower! We are situated in a very unique area. You can walk down a few steps to the door on the pathway which runs along and beside the River Dart. From here you can, walk, bike or canoe for as far as you chose to. To the left as you go out of the gate is a short walk to the Dartington Hall Estate driveway and then all along the river to the beautiful grounds. To the right its a mile walk into the attractive and unique Elizabethean town of Totnes. Even closer is the national railway line.Read More
